One

We get to know your business inside out – both where it is now and where it’s heading to. We  also gather the specifics of the job role and get a picture of what your ideal candidate should look like.

We’ll provide you with relevant market knowledge and research to identify the right strategic approach and work out how best to widen (or narrow) the search for optimised results.

Three

We’ll start a proactive headhunt search, incorporating various tools at our disposal; including our comprehensive internal database, online/social media search and networking.

Four

After shortlisting candidates who look good on paper, we adopt a thorough 2-stage interview process, which unearths the correct measure of skills and attributes you’re looking to find.

Five

Once we’ve selected the right people, we submit fully formatted CVs and any useful interview notes/documents, alongside one-to-one human interaction.

Six

The rest is up to us – coordinating interviews and feedback, then following through to offer stages and employment. We’ll stay in touch with all parties afterwards to ensure everything goes smoothly.
