Here For You When You Need Us

We know how busy life can get, and that sometimes, a different time zone can be a barrier. So, alongside our regular office hours of 09:00 – 17:30 Mon-Thurs, and 09.00 – 15:00 on Fridays, we’re also available via phone and email outside of office hours.

Why We Don’t Advertise Our Roles

As you’ve probably realised, we don’t advertise our roles unless on an exclusively retained basis. We strongly believe that the majority of job adverts do not work for a number of reasons:

Ambiguity

Ambiguous job descriptions that don’t disclose the right details are frustrating. They also cause scepticism, as job seekers never really know if a role they are applying for actually exists.

Cost

With individual job advert slots reaching well into the £100’s, uploading multiple posts to job boards each week can be expensive. Like every sensible business we enjoy avoiding costs… This cost-saving tactic means we can operate at much lower rates and concentrate on doing the job properly, instead of rushing the process for the sake of paying bills.

Several Job Sites

Feedback received from professionals in the Recruitment industry tells us that adverts rarely reach the people who are best suited for the role. Not everyone can scour all of the job sites each day, nor do they have the time to get through every individual recruiter site. We take pride in our ability to map out talent and network with the right people. If you’re not in our network already, then do get in touch!

Time

Adverts take time to put together, and we believe this time is better spent speaking directly to candidates to understand what makes them tick. Once we distinguish your requirements, we’ll get in touch to discuss roles that we know will interest you.

You’re Worth More Than Your Name On Paper

We realise that a 2 page CV alone is not enough to understand the real you, and therefore should not be the thing used to shortlist you for a role. We prefer to communicate verbally, drawing out the skills you possess that are not necessarily displayed on your CV, but nonetheless make you suitable for a position. Don’t worry if you don’t fit the particular role; we’ll automatically bear you in mind for other positions. We’ll also pro-actively, confidentially approach clients on your behalf.
